Online Breathwork For Anxiety & Stress
Sometimes the body holds what words cannot.
Breathwork is a powerful way of accessing deep healing, insight, and release, without needing to analyse or explain everything.
Many people come to breathwork when they have already done a lot of thinking and talking about their lives, but something still feels stuck.
You may notice things like:
- Feeling emotionally overwhelmed or carrying stress in the body
- Patterns that repeat even though you understand them
- A sense of disconnection from yourself or your inner confidence
- Difficulty letting go of past experiences

Breathwork offers a different way in.
Rather than analysing everything through the mind, conscious connected breathing works directly with the body and subconscious, allowing emotions, tension and old patterns to release naturally.
Supported by music and gentle guidance, you are invited into a state where insight, clarity and emotional release can emerge without force.
Many people leave a session feeling lighter, clearer and more connected to themselves.
In a session, you may experience:
- Release of emotional blocks and stored stress
- Insights that bypass the overthinking mind
- Feeling safer and more grounded in your body
- A renewed sense of wholeness and power

Breathwork Services FAQs
What is the difference between a 1:1 breathwork session and a group session?
A 1:1 session offers dedicated time to focus on what is most present for you, with the pace and support tailored to your needs. Group sessions offer a shared experience with other participants, while still providing guided space for reflection, breathing and integration.
Can breathwork help with anxiety and stress?
Breathwork can support a calmer, more regulated state by working directly with the breath and body. Some people use conscious connected breathing when they feel tense, overwhelmed or caught in overthinking. For clinical anxiety or ongoing mental-health concerns, breathwork can sit alongside—not replace—appropriate professional support.
How long is a 1:1 breathwork session?
A private breathwork session lasts around 90 minutes. This includes time to arrive, discuss what you would like support with, experience the guided breathing practice and allow space for integration afterwards.
Do I need previous breathwork experience?
No previous experience is needed. Nike will explain the process, answer your questions and encourage you to work at a pace that feels manageable for you.
Is it delivered live, and what do I need at home?
Sessions are delivered live, either one-to-one or in a small group. For an online session, you need a private, comfortable space where you will not be disturbed, a reliable internet connection, water nearby and somewhere safe to lie down or sit comfortably.
What should I expect during a breathwork session?
Sessions include guided conscious connected breathing, music and time for reflection. Experiences vary from person to person; some people notice physical sensations, emotions, memories or new insights, while others simply experience a greater sense of calm or connection.
How is breathwork different from meditation?
Meditation often focuses on observing thoughts, sensations or the present moment. Breathwork uses the breath more actively as the focus of the practice. In Nike’s sessions, conscious connected breathing is combined with music, guidance and time for reflection, helping you notice what is happening in your body and mind.
Is breathwork suitable for everyone?
Breathwork may not be suitable for everyone or for every situation. Before booking, let Nike know about any relevant health or wellbeing concerns so you can discuss whether this approach feels appropriate. Where needed, seek advice from your GP or another regulated healthcare professional.
I was existing with the fog of anxiety and worry of the past and future clouding my mind. Now I am living in a more present and enjoyable way. I have been given the tools to move forward rather than feeling stuck.
