Breathwork is a powerful way of accessing deep healing, insight, and release — without needing to "explain" or "analyse" everything. Using conscious, connected breath, supported by music and guidance, you're invited into a state where the body and subconscious can gently let go of what's been carried for too long.
This isn't about forcing catharsis or chasing intensity.
My approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and deeply respectful of your nervous system.

My Breathwork Training
I trained with Alchemy of Breath — an internationally recognised school dedicated to making breathwork safe, accessible and trauma-informed. This training means my approach is rooted in both depth and safety: each session is guided by compassion, respect for your nervous system, and the belief that healing happens at your pace.
